In this episode, we speak to Alice from Transylvania University about specific vocabulary for applying to US universities. We also speak to Theresa from South Africa about her experience as an international student at Transylvania University.

We discuss:

  • Important terms to note when applying to a US university
  • Tips from a current international student about the application process
  • Facilities available for international students

Tests that international students need to take in order to study in an English-speaking country.

When you’re an international student looking to study in an English-speaking country, there are several tests you need to take in order to be successful. Some of the most popular tests include the TOEFL and IELTS.

These tests are designed to assess your ability to read, write, and speak English at a college level. While they can be challenging, preparing for them is essential if you want to study abroad. There are plenty of resources available online and offline that can help you brush up on your skills. You can also find plenty of preparation books about preparing for these exams too.
